While every care has been taken to get an accurate photo of the items, due to differing monitor settings, mobile and tablet devices it cannot be 100% . Please ask for a swatch if you are in any doubt.

Orders will be posted out within 1-2 working days of the receipt of payment.
All UK orders will be sent First Class via the Royal Mail, or courier.

For specially commissioned or made to order products, the process may take a little bit longer but no longer than 2 days. An email with the estimated delivery date will be sent out to you.

What does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery to UK Mainland.

Furniture Checklist Working Hours
We are here Monday to Friday during 9:00-18:00. Orders placed overnight will be processed the following working day, orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items delivered damaged must be informed within 24hrs. Please supply 3 -5 pictures of the damage to info@furniturechecklist.co.uk 
Colours vary on different devices so please ask for a swatch sample if in any doubt of color as goods are made to order.

Returns should be notified within 3 days of receipt of item and items should be returned within 7 days from receipt of item. If you are shipping an item over £20.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Products should be returned unused and in resealable condition as they were supplied to you.

It is customers responsibility to pay for return postage costs, unless the item is damaged. 

Purchases
We do not store credit card information nor do we share customer's details with any 3rd parties.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 days of the day the item is delivered. The item should be returned in its original condition, unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact.

Cancellations
To cancel an order that hasn't been dispatched, within the 14 days cooling-off period, please use the forms below:

Additional policies
Please ask for a free swatch sample if in doubt of colour as descriptions are as accurate as possible be each colour is slightly different when viewing on mobile , LCD screens, monitors and tablets. Photos are professionally taken and with all care to represent the colour as accurately as possible.
